Prior of running into financial disputes with any of our Atlas Breakbulk Alliance’s (ABA) members, we apply our Payment Protection Program (3P). This ABA dedicated program is ready to assist all our members to solve any discussion in an amicable way.
Through our bi-monthly monitoring system we invite our members to report their outstanding
payments with the ABA partners in the network. Depending on the situation and the total amount due, we decide in mutual consent to inform ABA’s membership or not.
ABA is not using any automatic software control or reports, because we feel this kind of information is simply too sensitive to be handled by a computer without any emotion or situational anticipation.
Hardly ever have we seen companies not honouring their financial commitments. However to keep our quality high we need to monitor. Only then ABA will be able to maintain its objectives towards their premium members. In case of non-compliance, ABA will not hesitate to take legal advice and action in order to protect their first class reputation.
Thanks to the waterproof system, discussions or late payments between members have been extremely limited since Atlas Group’s foundation in 1998.
